TONKATSU TAICHI
Tonkatsu Taichi is an eight minute walk from Sanyo Jogakuen Mae Station, serving pork cutlets made with Kinako Pork. Kinako Pork pigs, that is raised in Hazama Ranch in Miyazaki prefecture, are raised in a hygienic, low-stress environment and are fed a homemade feed blend containing around 20 ingredients, including carefully selected corn, soybean meal, and soybean flour (kinako). This produces meat with a pleasant smell plus a unique umami, sweetness, and melt-in-your-mouth softness. For its excellence, Hazama’s pork earned the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Prize.
