MOMIJI NO KI
It’s easy to spot Momiji No Ki walking to the ferry terminal from JR Miyajima Station. You can recognize it by the traditional, green noren curtain outside the door and emblazoned with the word’s “Anago Meshi” — their signature dish. Fresh anago, conger eel in English, is bought new every morning, then later seasoned, grilled and served over rice.
